1. Introduction

SkillsInput.ai provides career tools that help users explore jobs, understand skill demand, generate resumes, and plan career transitions. This Privacy Policy explains how information is processed when you use SkillsInput.ai services.

SkillsInput.ai is designed to provide career guidance and tools while respecting user privacy. We are committed to handling your information transparently and only storing what is necessary to deliver the features you choose to use.

2. Information We Collect

SkillsInput.ai may process information that users voluntarily enter into tools in order to generate results. This may include information such as professional skills, career goals, or resume details entered into the resume generator.

• Search queries submitted when exploring jobs or skills
• Resume information entered into the resume generator (such as name, experience, or education)
• General website usage information used for analytics
• Career profile information voluntarily submitted through the Hire Me feature (such as name, role, skills, experience, industry, location, achievements, a brand statement, education, an optional photo, and contact details such as email and, optionally, phone, LinkedIn, or portfolio links)
• The IP address associated with creating a Hire Me profile, retained for security and abuse-prevention purposes. This is never displayed on your public profile and is not shared with other users or third parties.
• MindRecruiter access tokens tied to email addresses, and the text of queries submitted through the agent, associated with your token. Because your token is linked to your email address in our systems, this query content is technically linkable to your email address on our end, even though it is not displayed alongside your identity anywhere in the product.
• Testimonials or feedback voluntarily submitted about MindRecruiter (such as a name or alias, and the feedback text), which may be displayed publicly
• A persistent anonymous session identifier (stored in your browser) used to associate your usage and any self-reported outcome (such as "contacted," "hired," or "interview received") across SkillsInput.ai's tools. This identifier is not linked to your name, email, or any account, and is never used to identify or profile a specific individual.

3. How We Use Your Information

Information entered into SkillsInput.ai tools is used only to generate the results requested by the user. For example:

• Job search queries are used to retrieve relevant job listings
• Skills queries are used to generate skill demand insights
• Resume information is used to generate resume output for download
• MindRecruiter queries are processed to generate recruiting intelligence output and are logged, associated with your access token, for debugging and service improvement. We do not use this content to identify you outside of internal operation of the service, and we do not share it with employers, candidates, or other third parties.
• Hire Me profile content may be processed by AI to offer optional writing suggestions, and is automatically screened by AI-based moderation intended to flag scams, impersonation, or harassment before publication
• Testimonials submitted about MindRecruiter are used to display public feedback about the tool, including in marketing materials

Information entered into individual tool requests (such as resume text or search queries) is processed temporarily and is not stored as identifiable user profiles. Separately, anonymous session and outcome data described in Section 2 is retained in aggregate to measure and improve the effectiveness of our tools, and is never used to identify, profile, or make any decision about a specific individual.

4. Cookies and Tracking

SkillsInput.ai may use analytics tools to understand how visitors use the website and to improve the platform. These analytics tools may collect general usage information such as pages visited, device type, and general interaction patterns. This information is used only to improve the performance and usability of the platform and is not used to identify individual users. These analytics services may use cookies or similar technologies to collect usage information.

5. Third-Party Services

SkillsInput.ai may use third-party services and APIs to retrieve job listings or career-related information. These services may process search requests temporarily in order to return relevant results. SkillsInput.ai does not sell or share personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

6. Data Retention

SkillsInput.ai does not store personal information entered into most platform tools such as the resume generator. However, career profiles created through the Hire Me feature — including the IP address associated with profile creation — are stored persistently in order to provide a shareable public profile page and to support security and abuse prevention. This information is retained until the user deletes their profile using the magic link sent to their email address at the time of creation. Users may request deletion at any time by using that link or by contacting support@skillsinput.ai. MindRecruiter access tokens are stored linked to the email address used to request them and are designed to expire automatically after 30 days, though as an early-stage service they may become invalid sooner. Session queries submitted through MindRecruiter are logged, associated with your token, and retained for 90 days for debugging and service improvement purposes, after which they are automatically deleted. Testimonials submitted about MindRecruiter are retained until deleted at our discretion or upon request. Anonymous session and outcome data collected across SkillsInput.ai's other tools is retained for 90 days for the same purpose, after which it is automatically deleted or aggregated in a form that cannot be traced to any individual session.

7. Your Rights

Users may choose whether to enter information into SkillsInput.ai tools and remain in control of what information they choose to provide. Depending on your location, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information we hold about you. You may disconnect your future activity from any past session or outcome data at any time by clearing your browser's local storage for this site. To exercise any of these rights, contact support@skillsinput.ai.

SkillsInput.ai now offers features that do create persistent data:

• Hire Me profiles, including the associated creation IP address, are stored persistently until deleted by the user via the magic link sent at the time of creation, or by contacting support@skillsinput.ai. Profile content itself is publicly visible; the IP address is not.
• MindRecruiter tokens are stored linked to your email address and are designed to expire after 30 days, though they may become invalid sooner. You may request a new token at any time directly through MindRecruiter.
• MindRecruiter session logs record the text of your queries, associated with your access token (and therefore linkable to the email address tied to that token), and are automatically deleted after 90 days.
• MindRecruiter testimonials are displayed publicly and are retained until removed at our discretion or by contacting support@skillsinput.ai.

For all other tools — job search, skills intelligence, career roadmap, resume generator, and NLP search — no personally identifiable information is stored. As described above, an anonymous session identifier and any related outcome data may be retained for up to 90 days to improve these tools, but this data is never linked to your name, email, or identity. 8. Children's Privacy

SkillsInput.ai services are intended for general audiences and are not specifically directed toward children under the age of 13. The platform does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes to This Policy

SkillsInput.ai may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect improvements to the platform or changes in applicable regulations. Updates will be posted on this page with the revised update date.
