Its behavior, output quality, availability, and underlying technology may change, break, or be discontinued at any time without notice.
MindRecruiter is built around showing unfiltered AI reasoning ("thinking") alongside a separate, polished summary ("conclusion"). The "thinking" output is intentionally blunt, informal, and may include exaggerated, one-sided, sarcastic, speculative, or harsh framing that does not reflect a balanced or professional assessment of any person, role, or situation. It is generated automatically by a third-party AI model and is not reviewed, edited, fact-checked, or approved by SKILLSINPUT.AI before being shown to you.
Underlying AI models may, despite our configuration and instructions, occasionally generate output that is inaccurate, offensive, biased, nonsensical, incomplete, or otherwise inappropriate ("Unintended Output"). SKILLSINPUT.AI does not endorse, adopt, or take responsibility for any Unintended Output, and disclaims liability for it to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Nothing generated by MindRecruiter constitutes professional advice, legal advice, a hiring recommendation, an employment decision, or a formal assessment of any individual, candidate, role, or company. MindRecruiter does not evaluate protected characteristics and must never be used as a basis for, or justification of, any hiring, promotion, termination, or other employment decision. You are solely responsible for any decision you make and for ensuring it complies with applicable employment, anti-discrimination, and labor laws in your jurisdiction.
You are solely responsible for the input you provide to MindRecruiter and for how you interpret, share, store, or act on any output you receive, including output generated during a private or token-gated session. You agree not to input information that you do not have the right to share, and not to use MindRecruiter's output to harass, discriminate against, defame, or make unlawful decisions about any real person.
MindRecruiter is designed not to permanently store the content of your queries beyond what is reasonably necessary to operate the service (such as temporary session logs for debugging or abuse prevention). SKILLSINPUT.AI does not actively monitor or review the content of private sessions in real time. This also means we cannot promise to catch or filter every instance of Unintended Output before you see it.
MindRecruiter is intended for use by adults for professional and recruiting-related exploration. By using it, you confirm you are at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
MindRecruiter is provided strictly "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation any warranty of accuracy, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Token access, free preview access, response speed, and the underlying AI model may change or be unavailable at any time.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SKILLSINPUT.AI and its operators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, reputational, or other damages arising from your use of MindRecruiter, including damages arising from Unintended Output, decisions made based on MindRecruiter's output, or any disclosure of session content you choose to make.
These Agent Terms are supplemental to, and incorporate by reference, the main SKILLSINPUT.AI Terms of Service. In the event of a direct conflict between these Agent Terms and the main Terms of Service specifically regarding MindRecruiter, these Agent Terms control for that conflict only; all other provisions of the main Terms of Service continue to apply in full.
SKILLSINPUT.AI may update these Agent Terms at any time to reflect changes to MindRecruiter or applicable regulations. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of MindRecruiter after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
