MindRecruiter is an early-stage, private-beta experiment, not a finished or production-grade product. It is provided for exploration, feedback, and demonstration purposes. Its behavior, output quality, availability, and underlying technology may change, break, or be discontinued at any time without notice.
MindRecruiter is built around showing unfiltered AI reasoning ("thinking") alongside a separate, polished summary ("conclusion"). The "thinking" output is intentionally blunt, informal, and may include exaggerated, one-sided, sarcastic, speculative, or harsh framing that does not reflect a balanced or professional assessment of any person, role, or situation. It is generated automatically by a third-party AI model and is not reviewed, edited, fact-checked, or approved by SKILLSINPUT.AI before being shown to you.
Underlying AI models may, despite our configuration and instructions, occasionally generate output that is inaccurate, offensive, biased, nonsensical, incomplete, or otherwise inappropriate ("Unintended Output"). SKILLSINPUT.AI does not endorse, adopt, or take responsibility for any Unintended Output, and disclaims liability for it to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Nothing generated by MindRecruiter constitutes professional advice, legal advice, a hiring recommendation, an employment decision, or a formal assessment of any individual, candidate, role, or company. MindRecruiter does not evaluate protected characteristics and must never be used as a basis for, or justification of, any hiring, promotion, termination, or other employment decision. You are solely responsible for any decision you make and for ensuring it complies with applicable employment, anti-discrimination, and labor laws in your jurisdiction. MindRecruiter is not an "automated employment decision tool," background check, consumer report, or pre-employment screening product, and is not designed, tested, or audited to comply with laws governing such tools, including but not limited to New York City Local Law 144, the Illinois Artificial Intelligence Video Interview Act, the Colorado AI Act, or the EU AI Act's provisions on high-risk AI systems in employment. You agree not to use MindRecruiter in any jurisdiction or manner that would classify it as such a tool under applicable law.
MindRecruiter is intended solely for exploratory, educational, and demonstrative use. You agree not to use MindRecruiter's output as a basis for any actual hiring, promotion, termination, compensation, or other employment decision regarding any real, identifiable individual. We strongly encourage you to use hypothetical, anonymized, or de-identified profiles when exploring MindRecruiter, rather than the real personal information of actual candidates or employees. Any use of MindRecruiter in connection with a real employment decision is done entirely at your own risk, outside the tool's intended purpose, and in violation of these Terms.
You are solely responsible for the input you provide to MindRecruiter and for how you interpret, share, store, or act on any output you receive, including output generated during a private or token-gated session. You agree not to input information that you do not have the right to share, and not to use MindRecruiter's output to harass, discriminate against, defame, or make unlawful decisions about any real person. You agree not to input sensitive personal information — including but not limited to health information, immigration status, criminal history, race, religion, sexual orientation, or genetic information — about any real, identifiable individual.
Using MindRecruiter requires an email address, to which we send an access token. Tokens are designed to remain active for 30 days, though as an early-stage service they may become invalid sooner. That email address is stored and associated with your token for as long as the token remains active, and is deleted according to the retention schedule in our Privacy Policy.
MindRecruiter also stores the text of each query you submit, associated with your token, for up to 90 days for debugging, abuse prevention, and service improvement, after which it is automatically deleted. Because your token is associated with your email address in our systems, query content is technically linkable to your email address on our end, even though it is not displayed alongside your identity anywhere in the product, and we do not use it for any purpose beyond operating and improving the service. We do not share session content with employers, candidates, or other third parties, and we do not use it to make, inform, or train toward any actual hiring decision. SKILLSINPUT.AI does not actively monitor or review the content of private sessions in real time and cannot promise to catch or filter every instance of Unintended Output before you see it. We also log a record — a session identifier, a timestamp, and the version of these terms — each time you confirm agreement to these Agent Terms, so that a record of that confirmation exists.
Do not submit sensitive personal information about any real, identifiable individual — see Section 4.
If you submit a testimonial or feedback through MindRecruiter, the name (or alias) and text you provide may be displayed publicly on SKILLSINPUT.AI, including in marketing materials. Do not submit a testimonial containing information you do not want displayed publicly. We may edit testimonials for length, or decline to display any submission, at our discretion.
MindRecruiter is intended for use by adults for professional and recruiting-related exploration. By using it, you confirm you are at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater. You further confirm that any use of MindRecruiter is on your own behalf or on behalf of an organization you are authorized to represent, and not on behalf of any third party without their knowledge and authorization.
MindRecruiter is provided strictly "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation any warranty of accuracy, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Token access, free preview access, response speed, and the underlying AI model may change or be unavailable at any time.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SKILLSINPUT.AI and its operators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, reputational, or other damages arising from your use of MindRecruiter, including damages arising from Unintended Output, decisions made based on MindRecruiter's output, or any disclosure of session content you choose to make. In no event will SKILLSINPUT.AI's total liability arising from your use of MindRecruiter exceed the greater of one hundred dollars ($100) or the amount, if any, you paid to access MindRecruiter in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SKILLSINPUT.AI and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of MindRecruiter in connection with any real employment decision.
These Agent Terms are supplemental to, and incorporate by reference, the main SKILLSINPUT.AI Terms of Service, including its Indemnification and Governing Law and Disputes provisions. In the event of a direct conflict between these Agent Terms and the main Terms of Service specifically regarding MindRecruiter, these Agent Terms control for that conflict only; all other provisions of the main Terms of Service continue to apply in full.
SKILLSINPUT.AI may update these Agent Terms at any time to reflect changes to MindRecruiter or applicable regulations. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of MindRecruiter after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
