All final application steps — including clicking "Apply" on any job listing — are performed by you, manually, on the third-party platform's own website.
By uploading a resume (PDF, DOC, DOCX, or TXT), you consent to that document being processed by AI systems to extract relevant information such as skills, experience, and location, for the sole purpose of generating job matches and, where offered, resume improvement suggestions.
Your resume is processed to generate your results and is not retained by SkillsInput.ai after your session ends. We do not store your resume text or file on our servers beyond the time needed to complete your request.
Resume text is sent to third-party AI processing services solely to generate your results. It is not sold, shared for marketing purposes, or knowingly used to train third-party models beyond what is necessary to process your request. SkillsInput.ai does not share your resume with employers, recruiters, or any party other than what is strictly necessary to deliver this feature.
You are responsible for ensuring the resume you upload does not contain information you do not wish to be processed under these terms, and for uploading only your own resume or one you have permission to submit.
Job listings displayed through Smart Apply are sourced from third-party job platforms via their publicly documented, permitted APIs. SkillsInput.ai does not control, verify, or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or current availability of any listing. A listing may be filled, expired, altered, or removed by the source platform at any time without notice to SkillsInput.ai.
Where a data source's own terms require attribution, SkillsInput.ai will display the required source credit and/or link-back alongside listings from that source. SkillsInput.ai accesses job data only through each source's documented public API and does not scrape, crawl, or otherwise access these platforms' websites through automated means outside of their sanctioned API.
Smart Apply will never submit a job application, message an employer, upload your resume to a third-party platform, or take any other action on a third-party site without your direct, individual action for that specific listing. Clicking a link within Smart Apply opens that specific job's listing page on the source platform or the employer's own website, where you may choose to complete an application using that platform's own process. SkillsInput.ai does not automate, simulate, or facilitate bypassing any third-party platform's own application or authentication process.
Where offered, resume improvement suggestions are generated by AI based on the content of your uploaded resume. These suggestions are informational only, are not a substitute for professional resume-writing, career counseling, or legal advice, and are not guaranteed to improve your outcomes with any employer.
Smart Apply's matching and reasoning are generated by AI and are intended to help you identify relevant opportunities more efficiently. They do not guarantee that any employer will respond, interview, or hire you, and do not guarantee the accuracy of any assessment of your fit for a given role. This feature supplements, but does not replace, your own judgment in evaluating job opportunities.
Once you leave SkillsInput.ai to view or apply to a listing on a third-party platform, that platform's own terms of service, privacy policy, and application process govern your interaction. SkillsInput.ai is not responsible for the content, security, privacy practices, or outcomes of any third-party site, or for any information you choose to submit there.
